Transcontinental Direct adds Pa., Ohio coverage

Brett C. Sailors has joined Transcontinental Direct as a sales executive covering Pennsylvania and Ohio. He will be based in Akron, Ohio.

Previously, Sailors was a national sales executive for Princeton, N.J.-based The AnswerNetwork, North America’s largest telemessaging firm and a leading contact center provider. He also served as director of client services and was one of the founders of Unicall International, Inc., an outbound and inbound contact center based in Ohio and acquired by AnswerNet earlier this year.

In addition, Sailors has served as a business development coordinator in the North Canton, Ohio, office of Diebold Incorporated, co-developing the “Advertise to Maximize” concept for the global provider of integrated self-service delivery and security systems. While at Diebold, he also helped establish the company’s lead management system as group leader of its integrated marketing team.
